All driving lessons

Payment

All lessons must be paid for either, in advance or at the start of each lesson. Under no circumstances will lessons be conducted in advance of payment.

Cancelling and rearranging lessons.

If a pupil cancels a driving lesson, he/she must give at least 2 full working days notice (not including Sundays or bank holidays)  Failure to do so may result in charge for full lesson being made. If we need to re arrange your lesson, we will give you the same notice. If we fail to give you the full notice, your next lesson will be FREE.  (Except for cancellations due to poor weather conditions) 

Please note that tests will take priority over normal lessons. So, if someone gets a test booking at your normal lesson time, we will need to rearrange.

Tests

If your test is cancelled by the DSA, due to bad weather, staff shortage or illness, We will still charge for the amount of hours booked.

When arriving at the test centre on test day, both instructor and pupil will check that all bulbs are working correctly on the vehicle being used for test. If a bulb blows during the show me tell me, all efforts will be made to change the affected bulb. If however the test is cancelled, we will not be liable to refund your test fee.

Intensive Courses

Payment

Upon receipt of your deposit, we will start looking for and booking your pratical test. Because of the complexity of this, If you cancel your course this deposit is non refundable

Full payment must be received at least 14 days prior to your course starting. Once payment is made it is non refundable (except in special circumstances)

Practical Tests

A practical test will be booked to coincide with the last day of your intensive course. If for any reason we can not book a test on the  said day, we will book the next available test. ( we will make sure this suits the pupil)   

If your test is cancelled, on the day, by the DSA, due to bad weather, staff shortage or illness, We will still charge for the amount of hours booked. ( in some cases you can claim this back from the DSA)

If however the test is canceled, we will not be liable to refund your test fee.

If on completion of your course, your instructor thinks that you are not up to test standard. He may refuse use of the car for the driving test. He will do this if he thinks there may be danger to the puplic, DSA examiner, road saftey or anyone else. The instructors decision is final. If this is the case, we will not be liable for any loss in test fees.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. We will inform pupils either in writing or verbally.
